I booked a Jeep from Jeep Adventures PR for a week-long stay in Puerto Rico, and it was the best decision I made. Pickup was smooth at the airport, and the Jeep was spotless and ready to go. Renting from here was one of the best decisions of our trip lol! The price was better than getting a decent car from a chain rental company (we initially saw some super super cheap prices available with other agencies, but were scared off by horror story reviews of super long waits, hidden fees, bug infestations etc, and the chain brands with halfway decent reviews came out to be more expensive for like a corny sedan than the price we got with Jeep Adventures).

The vehicle we got was AMAZING, pristine and so so fun to drive around, especially in El Yunque. The communication was mostly automated via email and SMS which I found slightly confusing at times, but it was easy to get in touch with someone via phone to confirm details, and pickup and drop off was really seamless and easy. It was my first time visiting Puerto Rico and I was a little nervous renting a car from a smaller company, but I am really happy that we ended up going with this guys. Pick up and drop off was fairly simple, I had a lot of questions and called them couple of times and every time they were responsive and gave clear instructions.
